Short form: for any list WHATEVER at lists.ansteorra.org, you should
be able to reach the list runners at WHATEVER-owner at lists.ansteorra.org
In this case, ansteorra-owner at lists.ansteorra.org

That's a link to ansteorra-owner at lists.ansteorra.org , which is the
official address to note (not the individual addresses).

(In many mailing lists, you can look at all the header lines in the
message to get owner info.  Unfortunately, the MailMan software at
lists.ansteorra.org doesn't do that.)
