[Ansteorra] Request for Help - Blood Donations Needed

Try the American Red Cross, who pretty much oversees blood banks
nationwide.  See if they will help you set up a set of drives.

The blood limit, cold as it sounds, is because there is not enough blood for
everyone, so they limit what any one person can consume.  Triage, if you
will.
