It's something that everyone is good at, but it's also something that
you all need to stop right now!

Preregistration for Pennsic ends next week (June 15), but don't wait
until then to go to the website and complete your registration!

How much more fun can you pack into one (or two!) week?!

When you are registering, be sure to use "Populace of Ansteorra" for
the Encampment Name on  the pre-registration form.  Getting everyone
pre-registered helps the kingdom secure enough land to fit
comfortably. Once you have registered for POPULACE OF ANSTEORRA send
the following information to the Pennsic Land Agent, Mistress
Seraphina (aferrell AT greatambience DOT com):

SCA and Modern names
Date of Arrival at Pennsic
Date Leaving Pennsic
Tent size WITH ropes
What side your door is on
Tent type, modern or period
Who you would like to camp next to...(I'll try, but no promises)
Your cell phone number (Her Majesty worries...)

When you arrive at Pennsic, please contact Seraphina. As Ansteorra's
Land Agent, she assigns spaces for everyone who is preregistered.

There is also a Ansteorran Pennsic Yahoogroup
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ansteorra_Pennsic/), where Seraphina
and others will distribute information about Pennsic, as well as
accomplish planning for the war. We highly encourage everyone to sign
up so they can know what is going on and if they want to volunteer for
anything! There are lots of things that need doing at such a large
war, and so far from home: Hydration Specialist (Waterbearer), Camp
Decorator, Lighting Specialist, Chili Assistants, Set up crew for the
Rapier Tournament, ...the list can go on and on!

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at Pennsic!
