[Ansteorra] Black Scarf??

[Casey Weed]

Slightly post-period order created by James VI of Scotland/James I of
England.  Very important.  Comes with the title Don of England and the
Shetland Isles.  The charter was lost in one of the great fires of London so
very few know about it outside the eclectic historians (and those very few
who received the honor).  Ranks just above Peers of the Realm in Kingdoms
that acknowledge it.
