Yes it does.  There are new event report and gate sheets available on Ansteorran Exchequer site ( http://treasurer.ansteorra.org/documents.php#forms ) that reflect this.  Please note that at the moment there are 2 different sets of these forms.  For events prior to 7-1 please use the current forms.  The new forms are tagged with the text "Post 07-01-2010 NMS increase".
