[Ansteorra] Request for Help - Blood Donations Needed

I've donated whole blood for the last 20 years. (I'm on my 8th gallon.)
Please be sure to eat a good meal before and after donating and, no heavy lifting afterwards. Also, please bring a list of any medications that you're taking.
It takes about 30 minutes after paperwork and when you're finished donating, you must stay for 15 minutes or so (cookies and drinks are avaiable but not mandatory) so they can be sure you're okay and not likely to pass out.
We'll be doing our good deed for the day and have a fine adventure at the same time! See ya'll on Wednesday!
