[Ansteorra] Sekanjabin recipe

I too, am not sure what the original requestor might have been asking for.

The flavor of Sekanjabin can vary widely depending upon the type of mint used, whether the sweetener is sugar or honey, and if honey, what type of honey is used. Of even more effect is the type of vinegar used.

Also, while sekanjabin is probably the most popular version of this drink in the SCA, probably because of its popularization by Master Cariadoc, but there are also a number of similar period drinks made with different ingredients. I would particularly like to see some folks work on developing modern recipes for these period drinks.
