Wow that... I have no idea how that link is there. It shouldn't be.
It dates from 2008!

By SHEER COINCIDENCE, it is the exact same site. :)  The location and
directions are correct, as are the info about hotels in the area.
Everything else (date, autocrats, hosting group, etc) is all wrong.
