[Ansteorra] Preregistration for King's College Classes

Preregistration for classes closed on the 20th, but don't worry, there's
still spaces in classes. There will be sign up sheets on the doors of the
classrooms, and site opens well before the first class starts, so that you
may sign up in plenty of time to take your favorite class.
