As a final clarification- both Donnchadh and Alistair as well as Daniel
de Lincoln are correct.

 

  Any adult person who is not a member and pays aany amount of the site
fee will be assessed the non-member surcharge. 

  

  Any child who pays the full site fee and is not a member will pay the
non-member surcharge. 

 

  Any adult is pays nothing (ie. is comped) does not pay the non-member
surcharge as 0x3=0

 

  Any child who is not a member and pays a discounted fee will not pay
the non-member surcharge.
