[Ansteorra] Laurel and White Scarf Circles

The Laruel Circle has been moved back to 4 pm (from 3 pm)  this will better accomodate the judging for the A and S at Gulf War.  

The White scarf circle will be more informal then usual. Really more of a talk before the dinner.  THere will be a full white scarf circle at Elfsea Defender for those that cant make it or for anything (anyone) not addressed at Gulf.
