[Ansteorra] ASL at Court

I can think of a number of ways of putting something like a cadre of "Silent
Heralds" together...you start by trying to poll, question, gather together
(probably in virtual space) as many people who know ASL or who have an
interest in learning ASL and who have an interest in serving the kingdom in
such a capacity during court.

Then you go from there setting up minimum standards of proficiency for
someone to offer themselves as a "Silent Herald" to a court; having some
sort of insignia which would make such persons recognizable and visible;
getting a protocol set up wherein everyone knows where this person will be
in the court; getting the nobility used to using and having such persons in
court with them; etc. etc. etc.
