If the fee is significant, then the thing to do is to plan your ATM 
use--rather than hitting it every day for a small amount of cash, 
just make one big withdrawl. $100.00 + 5.00 is a lot less painful 
than $20.00 + 5.00 and 40.00 + 5.00 and 20.00 + 5.00 and 20.00 + 5.00.
