To those in Northern Ansteorra and away at War.

Be aware - there is a distinct possibility of a blizzard hitting the Oklahoma area Saturday afternoon through Sunday Morning.
High winds, significant drifts, road closures and power outages in many areas are possible.

Some news stations predicting 4-6 inches in Norman...
6-10 inches in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Guthrie and Stillwater and surrounding areas, as well as locations further west.
Drifts of 2-3 feet possible with wind chills below freezing, and wind speeds at 45 mph, gusting higher.

Be aware - snowfall amount forecasts are subject to radical change as the storm approaches, and snowfall predictions can be off in either direction by numerous inches.

Stay aware of weather forecasts, read numerous sources for a more thorough understanding of the weather, and make plans accordingly for return travel this weekend.
This storm may be a slight sprinkling of snow - it could be a record-breaker. Weather forecasts are leaning toward more extreme forecasts so as to prepare the area should the worst happen.

Be safe, stay in touch with loved ones, make sure you have plenty of gas before hitting the central, western and northern areas of Oklahoma.

Your Friend,
~Finnacan
