Canacn,
Please remember that just like you we are all volunteers and have a busy and active lifestyles.  Each person taking on an office has the lofty idea of making things work in this grand game and helping others to understand and enjoy the game while doing their job.

Some like me have the luxury of having access to their email during working hours so they look at the status and respond as is appropriate fairly quickly.  Others due to our hectic modern lifestyle may only check their email once or twice a week unless they know something is coming their way.

Now and in the past face to face communication is the best thing.  Talk to people make an appointment and be sure that both parties are aware of when and where to meet for an exchange of information.

Rhiannon

Subject: [Ansteorra] Officers not replying

Im not sure if this is true, but I have heard that Officers are ignoring email and phone calls because they are getting ready for Gulf Wars. Over the past 2-3 weeks I have been sending officers email about various things and I have had very few responses. I realize they are busy and if they are going to Gulf Wars they are probably more busy than usual, but to totally ignore emails? It could be important (at least to me it is). Or maybe they arent getting the emails at all, but why then are some officers replying and others arent? The least they could do is reply," I am getting ready for such-in such and I would love to go over such-in- such when I get back" and I would understand completely.

Thanks,
Canacan
