Well said, Cait.  This is the reason I love the SCA also.  I personally got back from my shift at Chiurgeon Point on Saturday, got my tent taken down and suddenly had lots of help packing my trailer.  Vivat to all who help those in need.

It is generous acts like this that make me love the SCA. I just keep coming
back. It is so hard to find this kind of kinship in the mundane world. I am
