[Ansteorra] Cup de Charney Reminder and Details

I just wanted to remind everyone in the armoured community that the Cup de
Charney starts this weekend at Elfsea Defender.  I also wanted to lay out
some of the rules for the competition, and answer questions that have been
brought up to me from various sources.


   1. There can be any number of qualifying tournaments during an event.  To
   be a qualifying tournament, the tournament must:
      1. Be open to any armoured combatant, regardless of rank.  So for
      example, a squires tournament, excluding knights, would not be eligible.
       Tournaments that restrict weapons types (like Mooneschadowe's
Friday Night
      Bastard Sword Tournament) are eligible.
      2. Must be held at an Ansteorran event.  This excludes tournaments at
      foreign wars (Lilies, Battlemoor, Pennsic).
      3. Must have at least 5 combatants (no 2 man tournaments to pad
      scores).
   2. The results of each tournament must be communicated to the Cup
   Marshals, Count Romanius and Sir Cameron de Blakstan.  They will be working
   before the events to communicate with list mistresses to make sure the list
   mistresses get them the results in a timely fashion.
