[Ansteorra] King's College Classes

Greetings to the Good Gentles of Ansteorra,

I understand there has been some uncertainty about class submissions for the
upcoming King's College.  Please let me try to put these uncertainties to
rest.

If you have volunteered to teach a class for King's College, THANK YOU!  You
should have received an acknowledgement from the Class Coordinator.  If you
did not, contact myself or Lady Petronia and we will get that sorted out.

My class coordinator, Lady Petronia, has been working to a specific plan:
class submissions are open until May 15th.  Immediately after submissions
close, she will go through the classes and set up the schedule.  This should
take no more than 3 days.  She will then send out final confirmations to all
the teachers, confirming that, yes, you are on the schedule and when your
class(es) are scheduled.  There are no special criteria or policies for
getting your class accepted.  She just wants to get all the information
together and see how it all fits together before giving out final
confirmations.

That being said, I have checked with her and we are not aware of any
duplicate classes. Nor are we overbooked.  So if you have submitted a class,
you can assume that you will be on the schedule.  Final confirmations will
be sent out on or about the 18th of May.  This leaves 5 1/2 weeks till the
event for teachers to finish any preparations.  If you need more lead time
than that, let us know.

Again, if you have volunteered to teach, thank you!  I look forward to
seeling on June 26th.  If you have not volunteered to teach, why not?  You
still have 12 days to get on the schedule.  If anyone has been confused or
uncertain about their classes, I am very sorry.  Hopefully, this has cleared
things up.
