As a nurse, if it has a bulls eye, you can prob say its a fiddle back. And you need to get her to a vet ASAP. Or it will just keep getting bigger and bigger.

I am not a vet but I was a medic for 15 years and it sounds like a brown recluse spider bite. I agree with Caitili I would get your cat to the vet ASAP
