There has been a directive from the Society Earl Marshal that all fighters,
in all kingdoms, do not show plastic arm. The solution is simply a standard
fighting tunic. Some local groups in the East have been holding workshops to
make them and providing them for new fighters.

I know this has been discussed extensively in the East and on other kingdom
lists.
