[Ansteorra] Pre-seventeenth century

I honestly don't believe people will be so picky that 1599 - 1601 will cause
a problem, however trying to pull 1650 - 1700 would be harder.

I guess you could make your pavillion look like a phonebooth with an
umbrella frame on top as an antenna.
