Greetings Willow, 
You can get a simple torch head to attach to a can of propane gas, from most 
hardware stores.  They usually come in a variety of sizes.  

Online Home Depot had a BernzOmatic UL2317 - Brass Torch , for $12.00, should do 
fine for annealing.  


Harbor Freight and tools stores, there is one in Tulsa, has dapping blocks and 
various size anvils.  The tools are not great, most made in China, but for hobby 
work it's a good price on what you find there.
