http://herald.ansteorra.org/submissions.php is the Heraldic site that will
have information on subsmiision, forms, etc.

The Online Ordinary and Armorial <http://oanda.sca.org/> is the database
that has submissions.  You can search via blazonry or a particluar armory
description.

I will agree with Aethelyan, its really best to talk to a Herald and there
are many of us out here willing to help. :)

We would also suggest you to draw out your design, color it and put it on
your Fridge or somewhere where you will see it alot.  Give it a month. See
if it is still something you want to do.
