Its even easier than that-boot your trailer tire. Its a big obvious lock and
used in conjunction with a hitch lock makes your trailer too big a pain to
mess with.

Walmart sells a cable lock that is like a zip tie, go around something thru
the hole pull as tight as you like. Mount a ring on the frame, slip through
the wheel and ring, pull tight, it will not roll.
hitch locks , door locks, even the cable type only keep the honest people
honest, no lock will stop someone truly determined. The best you can do is
make it difficult enough to get into yours that the bad people decide to go
after someone elses trailer
