[Ansteorra] Traffic Back Up on 35 North and South

Anyone heading into Bjornsburg for the All thing this weekend should check
your travel plans as 35N and South are currently tied up with a large car
accident. The clean up has started but I suspect the back up of traffic may
take awhile to clear.
