I'm wishing this was on facebook and I could click like.  It sounds like an
incredible afternoon of experiential research and learning.  Is there any
chance we have any film folk who could do a documentary out of it?  If not,
too bad there isn't enough lead time to get Andrew Zimmern from Bizzare
Foods to make you one of his segments.
