[Ansteorra] Siege Weapons Authorizations

For anyone needing authorizations in Siege Weapons, please come to the 
Southern Regional war practice tomorrow.
   We're also trying to arrange for authorizations at Jagermeister on 
the 29th.
  If you have a siege engine that can be used to train fighters lacking 
one, please help us.
  Other authorizations will be getting done there as well, for Chivalric 
and combat archery.  There's very little time left before war to get 
your oki-doke cards. If you can, make it to these two events.
