I only found the one to the 2007 Artisan.  The other links take you to the
Steppes Baronial Website and the Artisan Event Page which currently has a
description of Steppes Artisan http://steppes.ansteorra.org/artisan/

If you do a google search for Steppes 12th Night, the top link is the
current event which includes the date and year.
