[Ansteorra] Event Calendar

I'd like to see a list of thing that a web site should include about an
event. A list of things that many people find helpful. Maybe in the form of
a checklist useful to an event steward and the webmaster for that event.

That check-list should be made available, maybe through a link on the
Kingdom Calendar website. The Calendar Deputy should not be asked to compile
or participate in this list. The list should not be official. We might only
ask the deputy to post a link to said list, if they feel it is appropriate.

Nothing on that list should be required, as all events have different needs.
But, a comprehensive list of things to consider and either include or
discard could be quite useful. This does not add a layer of bureaucracy but
does add some some information as a courtesy.


I am not in a position to head up such an endeavor at the moment but as a
past event webmaster and a person that uses the websites for planning
purposes, I think I could contribute many suggestions.

Any takers? Taking on this project would only require the abilty to colate
and organize suggestion into a readable format.
