[Ansteorra] Odds winner!

I heard the final odds on Lochlan were 2:1.   The Ansteorran Gaming
Commission is looking into possible malfeasance on the part of Hanse, Sir
Lochlan, and Sir Asaph.  No arrests have been made at this time (but Hanse
is still in the clink).
