[Ansteorra] Titles

Katrine,

Additionally, a Court Barony is "slightly" higher than an other grant 
bearing award in the Ansteorran Order of Precedence. However, not all 
kingdoms set their Court Baronies at the same level as Ansteorra.

Frequently, the alternate form of address is in the award constitutions.
