That's essentially the same process by which Court Barony became a form
of "pseudo-nobility."  Aureliane and Anebairn were asked to provide some
form of titular distinction for Court Barony; they chose to apply the
title "Your Excellency," which up to that point had been reserved for
Viscounty and County. By association, then, Court Barony took on the
aura of nobility in Ansteorra (this is not universally true), although
there is nothing in its charter or Corpora that grants it this distinction.
