[Ansteorra] Titles

Recognized tradition yes.  At least in Ansteorra.  Nothing in SCA law 
says someone can't use the title Don/Donna for a Spanish persona yet 
only having a AOA award.  Not a good idea here and most likely to have a 
small talk on side somewhere to get explained to them.
