[Ansteorra] Eisteddfod Format

Eisteddfod will be upon us within the next 6 months.    This is an
initial announcement of the format for Eisteddfod.

The competition will consist of 3 rounds

Their majesties will each receive one token worth 10 points

Each of the 3 judges will receive 2 tokens worth 5 points

Populace will each receive one token worth 1 point

The first two rounds will determine the finalists

Finalists will be determined by the total number of points each
participant receives

The top 3 finalists will compete in the third round

In the case of a tie there may be a fourth finalist.

Round 1 Documented piece.

Round 2  Bards choice (documentation not required but encouraged)

Round 3  Crown Choice

The third round's theme will be announced 1 hour before the final
competition.   No documentation will be required for this round.
