[Ansteorra] Youth participation in adult activities

For chivalric and rapier combat sure.  Target archery lists adults as 14 
or older.  Not even going to try and figure the age requirements for 
Equestrian.  Combat Archery has the same requirements as Chivalric and 
Rapier.
