Possible suggestion: Create some form of search using keywords that officers can associate with 
their office. In this example, newspaper, TV, television, media, news, show etc could also be 
associated with the page that has the info on the media liaison. Then people could have another 
possible vector available to find what they need.

I would, however, caution against having one large list of email addresses in the clear on a 
webpage as they will get harvested within minutes of going up. I started getting spam within 
hours of an event website going live when I lived in the East Kingdom. Luckily I use a unique 
address for everywhere that my address gets posted or used so knew instantly where and how the 
spammers had located me.
