[Ansteorra] Combat Archery Authorization

greetings

ok, spoke with h.l. ironwyrm, he has had computer issues for the last 
several months,( waiting on repair parts , which finaly came in and worked )
 and is still operating on a stone age computer .
but the comp is now working, the authorizations are now with the marshalate 
secretary, and he is working on other things as well .
the good news is he's still alive and not injured .
so , like i said , often a phone call will resolve the issue quickly ; )
