[Ansteorra] Gulf Wars Trailers

How about this:

Two gates--one at the entrance and one at the exit. This will require more
manpower, but not much more.

Anybody entering with a trailer will get a trailer permit at the entrance
gate (with the trailer tag prominently written on it) that cannot be
duplicated, and said permit placed in the cab of the towing truck or car, to
be shown to the gate personnel at the exit upon departure. And no vehicle
will be allowed to exit with a trailer in tow without the appropriate
documentation.

Maybe even a "trailers only" exit that all vehicles towing trailers must
pass, so that the checks don't cause traffic problems...

Can something like this be done?
