You might want to contact the Marshal's Secretary, 
secretary at marshal.ansteorra.org, to see if she received your authorization and 
can issue a new card. Her contact information other than the email address are 
listed in the March, Black Star.

I was authorized for combat archery at Battle of the Commanders back in
November and I still have not received my card in the mail. Who do I talk to
about getting this corrected?
