[Ansteorra] Pavilion Decorations - Thanks!

[Gulf Wars Liaison]

I would like to thank the Shire of Emerald Keep and Lady Castellana de
Andalusia from Wiesenfeuer for doing a remarkable job of decorating
the large white plastic pavilion in Ansteorra land at Gulf Wars this
year. Not only did they decorate using kingdom banners, they also
requested the use of group banners and put up lighting so that the
pavilion could be used at night. It was marvelous!

Also, for those who have spent any time under that pavilion and cursed
the large hole that will swallow small children until a sacrificial
shield is placed over the top of it - they filled in the hole! I'm so
excited!  :)
