[Ansteorra] Pennsic barracks, rental tents

Camping at Pennsic (as perhaps like some of the other wars a smaller set of
Ansteorran's attend), is different than camping as Gulf Wars.   There are so few
who go to Pennsic (75-100) that camping with Ansteorra is like camping with a
large household or your branch/region.

When camping at Gulf Wars, I've often contributed toward the camp expenses, such
as a share of the large regional rental tent, with no issues, though sometimes
my contribution is to bring specific items for the common use, arranged in
advance, rather than money - and it usually runs more than $7.

At Pennsic, there is a large common tent to designate the Ansteorran Royal area,
and it's where any from Ansteorra can dine and hangout; as well as where the
Ansteorran court is held, and Chili Night, to my knowledge that tent is
rented by Ansteorra.

There are two camp areas for Ansteorra, the Royal Ansteorra camp, usually in N06
and the Ansteorran Populace Camp, a few blocks away.  If folks are camping down
in Ansteorran Populace and never come up to hang out in the large common tent at
Ansteorran Royal, then I can see where you would not feel the need to contribute
to trashbags, showers and propane tanks, etc. that may be used in the Ansteorran
Royal large common tent.    However, if you use that space anytime during the
war, then chip in to help out - $7 is lunch money, no big deal.

Last year, Seraphina and Cynric were not able to attend Pennsic and wow!  did it
really awaken our eyes to how much work they do to manage the Ansteorran site
for all Ansteorrans, AND the funds that go into that.  I drove into town a few
times to pick up supplies - one item, 10-12 large water bottles for common use
(we were advised not to drink the local well water -it takes a few weeks for
Ansteorran's to get used to the different minerals in the northern area)... and
I was not paid for that contribution by anyone, it was more than $7 worth - far
as most folks knew, the water just magically showed up and they took advantage
of it and drank.

I think the $7 is a just and reasonable fee for Ansteorran camp expenses at
Pennsic.
I'm not attending Pennsic this year, but if Seraphina and Cynric need some
donations, I'd be happy to chip in a few dollars to help those who attend.
