[Ansteorra] Camp fee what to do about it

By hospitality, I included things like waterbearing, pickles, oranges, and the other foodstuffs and drinks that are available to people, both in camp and on the field.  Those things are being paid for by this camp fee, near as I can tell from previous posts.  Plus, given that people are putting in money into a general pool rather than pulling from kingdom funds, I don't see why camp fees can't be used to pay for other hospitality materials related to things like revels or parties in camp.

I think we have expanded out of the purpose allowed by the fee. Hospitality stuff has to be handled by non SCA monies. They need to be paid out of donations, which by their nature are voluntary.
Am I right??
