[Ansteorra] Pennsic barracks, rental tents

You mean Ansteorrans have not had to pay a camp fee to purchase these items
before this year?  Every camp I've ever stayed in has required a camp fee,
usually $10 or more, to cover these types of expenses.

I've only camped with Ansteorra once, and that was with Ansteorran Royal
when I was a retainer for JP and Gilyan, and I really don't remember paying
a camp fee (I paid for food, but don't remember a camp fee now that I think
about it).  So, I'm being sincere when I ask this.  Is this really the first
time you've asked Ansteorrans to pay this type of fee?
