Thank you Misty for clarifying that for me, I had misinformation on size of
selling area's and location of merchants.  Absolutely no merchant was
requested to pay before they got to gate.  And I will revise the placement
chart according to your information.  So any space that you originally
requested you have.

Merchants pay there fees at gate only.

Merchants outside $15 for the whole event

Merchants inside $20 for the while event

Merchants get the deminsions they requests and are not charged extra or
Less for space used.
