Not for much longer.  The latest Commonwealth conference in Perth
approved of changes to the succession laws of the UK et al to make it
plain primogeniture (in the future, no more male preference) and to
remove the restriction on marrying a Catholic, though not the
restriction on *being* a Catholic.
