[Ansteorra] Acceps is available for Candlemas

ACCEPS is now available for Candlemas.   Candlemas will be February 4,
2012.   The Barony of Bryn Gwlad will be choosing A&S and Bardic
Champions as well as hosting a brewing and Children's artisan
