[Ansteorra] Northern Regional Seneschal applications

[Kingdom Seneschal]

It went well.  We have 11 entrants in the list so we ended up doing a round
robin type tourney.  The fighters fought each other in their group and then
the top two fought each other.  Cristian Milton from Bryn Gwlad won the
list.
