Um... isn't Gulf War in the winter months?

[Wihtric]  It is toward the end of the end of the winter months, heading into spring/early summer half of the year.  That said, that is why the princeps ey dux bellorum would be the sword of the Peace Crown, essentially they would run the field of the war.
