actually its just like unprotected teenage sex, they both happen all the 
time,are seen on TV , and in the movies regularly, and is one of the things 
many " adults " refuse to discuss or recognize.
but the children see and deal with on a regular basis.
for an idea how wide spread try looking up info on teenage pregnancy rates, 
and teenage s.t.d. rates  , its scary : (
( and personally more important than what equipment the people on the 
thrones may have under their garb
( heck some reigns some regions hardly even see the crowns ).
 but that's just my opinion, like someone earlier said, the proposed rule 
change would only remove the corporate requirement, each kingdom would have 
to make their own choices  )
