[Ansteorra] Some observations about Acceps...

Hello Ansteorra,

My first observation about ACCEPS is that I haven't seen the ACCEPS icon showing up on events on 
the kingdom calendar in quite a while. I am guessing that it might be a small oversight when we 
got our new kingdom calendar deputy but really wish to see that icon return.

The second observation, and most unfortunate, is that I rarely see events accepting ACCEPS for 
their registrations these days. I am unsure why that is. It should make it much easier to get 
people through gate on the day of the event. It saves the unknown of having to deal with 
possible bounced checks etc.

As a suggestion to people running gate for a large event where ACCEPS is available, send someone 
down your line of event attendees with an ACCEPS sheet on a clipboard, record their membership 
number for anyone pre-paid with a blue card and they are in the event and no longer waiting in 
your line. Others will see the quick service and will be encouraged to use ACCEPS more in the 
future. Contrariwise, leaving ACCEPS pre-registered people in the same line waiting for dozens 
of people ahead of them to fill out the paperwork disincentives people away from using ACCEPS. 
It also causes your entry hallway to get cluttered up with bodies.

Please use the ACCEPS system for more events in the future. It makes it so much easier for us to 
come to your event.
